Hey I'm Shelby! Happy to be here fulfilling all your rock needs Monday - Friday from 10am to 3pm. I got my start in radio 22 years ago in New Hampshire. After a few years there I moved on to various stations in Boston and PA. After a quick stint back in New Hampshire last year I'm happy to find myself here with you at 106.3 The Bone. I'm a big fan of concerts and shows so, we just might bump into each other rockin' out. I come from a family of rockers, kids and husband. Music has always been a huge part of our lives and most of us are musicians ourselves. It's great to meet you and thanks for letting me entertain you daily! Volume all the way up!

Mistress Carrie

Hi, I’m Mistress Carrie, the Purple Haired, sometimes bitchy woman and Afternoon host here on The Bone. I was raised in Leominster, MA, where Johnny Appleseed, and plastic lawn flamingos come from. I was born into family filled with proud military members, first responders, and Italian bakers, so naturally I ended up on the radio! I was on the air at WAAF in Boston for 22 years (1998-2020), and now I can be heard here on the bone, and around the world on “The Mistress Carrie Podcast”. I’m a graduate of Newbury College, and Framingham State University’s Radio programs. I’m a proud U.S. Marine wife, Harley rider, licensed skydiver, pug owner, Boston Marathon Tough Ruck finisher 4x, Boston Marathon finisher 2019, amateur marksman, military supporter, veterans advocate, guest lecturer, motivational speaker, voice actor, baker, gardener, and all around thrill seeker. I was the first ‘non-news’ journalist embedded with US troops in Iraq (2006) & Afghanistan (2011), and I’m a proud recipient of the Commanders Award for Public Service (2x), and the Order of Saint Maurice (2014). I have 1 hour of flight time in an F-15 (callsign: Narko), I’m the owner and CEO of Big Foot First Productions LLC, and I also REALLY enjoy tequila!

Hello! I'm Mike Haze! A Western Mass native whose been doing the radio gig for just about 23 years.
A 1998 Grad from CSB
I'm also a voiceover/actor for the past 14 years and running. A 10-year veteran of the USAF. Tours to include "Desert Storm", "Operation Iraqi Freedom" and "Operation New dawn".
I am a self-proclaimed "music dweeb". I was also "that kid" who had various band stints growing up.
Upon graduating CSB in 1998 I was the host and producer of TWO shows in Northampton/Springfield Mass. @Pure Rock 993 called "The Big Bang Music Explosion" and Operation New Noise with the former show being the conduit for breaking area bands like Shadows Fall, Staind, All That Remains, and literally hundreds of others.
I "migrated" in 2012 to New Hampshire after my honorable discharge from the service and did some time doling up the Rock (afternoons) and production director services via 100.3 WHEB and ROCK 101 in Portsmouth/Manchester NH for three years before coming here to Binnie Media/1063 The Bone in 2015. I am the Production Director for our Binnie Media NH cluster of radio stations and of course an "on air dude". I have produced and written 1,000's of commercials and live for the creative fun it brings.

I dig downhill Mt. biking as well as getting my Jeep Wrangler muddy. I love listening to my vinyl, and I especially love spending time with my lovely (educator) wife Leslie, picking and collecting vintage goods & clothes and helping her raise her beautiful daughters. (Yep, I'm a step-Pop) I like cars and guitars. I am primarily a Hard Rock/Hardcore/Metal/Punk fan. Open to all genres. Music fkn Rules!

Now I am here, "lighting up the Bone" nights.

Thanks for reading and for listening! - Haze

Doc has been filling musical prescriptions in NH for almost 40 years. He Started at WKXL in Concord and then spent the next 30 plus years as Program Director for WHEB/ROCK 101 and the Morning Buzz Network.

He’s done and seen it all from elephant races in Downtown Portsmouth to flying in a Navy jet with the Blue Angels.

Doc and his beautiful wife and 2 sons all went to UNH so they all bleed Wildcat Blue! Doc enjoys golfing, fishing, hockey, swimming, hanging on his pontoon boat and checking out live music.

Remember The Doctor’s orders because listening to The Bone is proven to help you feel better and live longer.

Andy Austin

Hey! Andy Austin here, and thank you for clicking the bio page! Well, if you’ve listened to the show, you know cycling is how I spend a lot of free time. Maine has some great rides like the Dempsey Challenge (I’ve taken it 9 times and counting) for the Dempsey Center, Trek Across Maine for the American Lung Association, Maine Lighthouse Ride (top 3 lighthouses: Marshall Point Lighthouse, Nubble Point, and of course Fort Williams Park) as well as others. This year, I’m climbing Mt Washington with the Mt Washington Auto Road Bicycle Hillclimb. Big yikes on that! Living in Saco, I’m right next to the Eastern Trail which is great for fat biking and cross country skiing.

Racing is also a huge part of my life. After close to 30 years at Beech Ridge Motor Speedway, I’ve moved into similar race announcing roles with JDV Productions. This includes events with the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, seen on Flo Racing and NBC Sports. In addition to that role, you can find me on the Modified Racing Series throughout New England.

Generally, I stay on the go, but when home I play records…lots of records. While sometimes on TV, I don’t own one and don’t see that changing. I also started Open Trailer Podcast which focuses on racing history and the personalities who created it. Great audio product wins every time.

Full Metal Jackie

Rock ‘n’ roll is in my blood! I began my radio career as a DJ at WSOU, Seton Hall’s legendary metal station. Even though I’m from the East Coast, I always wanted to find a warmer climate to call home. Fortunately for me, I wound up in Los Angeles where the beaches are beautiful and the sushi is delicious. I’ve worked alongside some huge rock stars like Dave Navarro and Henry Rollins, and I’ve interviewed a lot of my heroes. Hear my show on stations around the U.S.!
